Delivery is available to most locations in the Sea-to-Sky corridor and the charges are quoted based on distance travelled. We provide a ‘tailgate’ delivery service thus any extraordinary time spent due to stairs, elevators, walking distance or difficult access of any nature will incur additional fees. 

All rental items will be stacked in a single location by Sabre delivery personnel, and all equipment should be returned to the same location for pick up. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked neatly, and all other rental equipment should be placed in the original shipping containers. 

Drivers have multiple deliveries and are often unable to accommodate specific times. We can provide either an ‘AM’ or ‘PM’ time frame so it is important to plan ahead with a Party & Event Associate for time sensitive events.

Delivery is charged each way & is available to most locations in the Sea-to-Sky Corridor. Heavy loads and multiple vehicles will incur additional charges. Please inquire for a delivery quote to your specific location Delivery Charges are subject to change.
