STORE HOURS
Sabre Rentals is open from 7:30am-5pm Monday through Friday, and from 8:00am-5pm on Saturday. Sabre is closed on Sundays and statutory holidays.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are booked on a first-come, first serve basis. Reservations are required to ensure product availability and should be made at the earliest possible convenience to avoid disappointment. We do provide rental quotes at no cost but all reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the items. Please note that the price and dates quoted are valid for a period of 7 days and the availability of inventory will have to be confirmed at the time of deposit.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Sabre Rentals requires the renter’s drivers licence number, phone number, as well as a delivery/pick-up address (if applicable) and an on-site contact person with a cell phone, if possible. We will require a valid credit card (Visa/ MasterCard), name and correct billing address for the card holder as well as the authorized cardholder’s signature. We are more than happy to provide a no obligation inquiry, however rentals are not guaranteed until we have received the required information, credit card deposit and confirmed product availability.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Major changes and deletions to large orders must be made 30 days in advance. Minor changes and deletions must be made at the earliest possible convenience, no later than 48 hours prior to delivery or pick up. Additions to orders are subject to product availability and need to be made well in advance. Same day revisions to orders are generally not possible as most of our rental items are not kept on premise. Sabre Rentals reserves the right to charge the full rental price of items reduced/deleted from orders within 48 hours of the scheduled date. The 50% deposit guarantees the availability of your rental items and is non-refundable.

PAYMENT
Sabre Rentals accepts payment in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), cash and debit card (unfortunately we do not accept Amex). The full rental amount is due 48 hours (2 days) prior to the delivery of the rentals. Tent/BBQ reservations cancelled within 14 days of the reservation date are subject to the full rental cost.

DELIVERY
Delivery is available to most locations in the Sea-to-Sky corridor. Delivery charges are quoted on distance, based on a door to door service and any extraordinary time spent due to stairs, elevators, walking distance or difficult access of any nature will incur additional fees. All rental items will be stacked in a single location by Sabre delivery personnel, and all equipment should be returned to the same location for pick up. Tables and chairs should be knocked down, and all other rental equipment should be placed in the original containers. Drivers have multiple deliveries and are often unable to accommodate specific times. We can accommodate either an ‘AM’ or ‘PM’ range so it is important to plan ahead with a Sabre employee for time sensitive events.

EQUIPMENT SET UP/TEAR DOWN
Rental items are delivered ready-to-use to one central location. Our large tents, dance floors and staging require set-up by qualified Sabre staff for an additional fee. Sabre Rentals does not typically set up or tear down equipment (tables, chairs etc).

RENTAL PERIOD
Rates are shown as a one day charge; however this includes one day for pick up, one for use, and one day for return. If you require your equipment for extended periods of time, please contact Sabre Rentals for applicable rates. All rental charges are for time out, whether the items are used or not. All dinnerware, glassware and flatware come clean and polished, packaged and ready for table use.

UNUSED EQUIPMENT
Rental charges are based on the time out, whether used or not. All items need to be inspected, re-washed and re-packed to ensure each client receives quality, ready-to-use rentals.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Prior to pick up or return, all equipment should be free of food/drink and replaced in their appropriate containers. Dinnerware and flatware should be free of food, rinsed and placed in the original container. Linens must be dry and refuse free to prevent mildew and staining. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and all rental items should be placed in the original drop-off location for a convenient pick-up. The customer is responsible for the rental items from the time of delivery until return/pick up by Sabre personnel. Additional charges may apply if the returned items do not meet the above requirements.

BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEMS
Sabre Rentals charges a replacement fee for missing, broken, damaged or weather damaged items (including broken/chipped dinnerware/glassware, stained/torn/moldy linens etc). Linens must be dry prior to being stored to avoid growth of mold/mildew. Please ensure rental equipment is secure and protected from weather.
